These terms govern your use of ownersellers.ai, a media brand operated by Vire KLL Inc. (“we,” “us”). By using the site, subscribing to the newsletter, or downloading a skill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ownersellers.ai is a publisher. It offers a weekly newsletter, articles, and a free library of AI skills for owner-sellers. It is editorial and educational content, not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for how you apply anything you read or download here.

You may subscribe with a valid email address you control. We confirm each subscription with a double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in any email or from your preferences link. We may pause, change, or end the newsletter at any time.

Skills are provided free and as is, for you to use and adapt in your own work. Each skill credits the sources it was merged from; where a skill builds on other people’s work, that work remains subject to its own license, and you are responsible for honoring it. We make no warranty that a skill will fit a particular purpose or produce a particular result.

Where content recommends a tool, including Klipy, the recommendation is editorial. Klipy is built by the same team that operates this site, and we disclose that whenever we name it. We are not responsible for third-party tools, their terms, or their availability.

Do not use the site to break the law, to disrupt or attack the service, to scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or to misrepresent your relationship with us. We may restrict access that does any of these.

The ownersellers.ai name, editorial content, and design are ours or our licensors’. You may read, share, and quote our content with attribution. Skill files carry their own usage terms as described above. Everything else is reserved.

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Vire KLL Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, the newsletter, or a skill.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
